"We stayed at a lot of nice hotels on our travels through Italy and Malta, but Borgo was a real stand out. The surroundings and facility is next level. It is a real experience from arrival and all the way through your stay. Everyone went above and beyond. I regret not pre-booking spa time, as it was booked up when we arrived. I really liked the interaction with a personal concierge over Whatsapp. I was able to ask questions and she helped with some local advice for travels to Lecce and booked us an amazing restaurant in Fassano. This property is a gem in Puglia. "

"Unit clean. Host greeted us with appetizers. Location was very remote- car required at all times. Host would not reveal location until we arrived at airport— would have preferred more upfront notice. Once there, he responded quickly to our requests. Would have appreciated comfortable seating other than kitchen chairs. Pleasant stay but remote location was a minus for us. "
