And our meals were beautifully prepared and delicious. Highly recommend the property and giving a call out to our delightful server in the restaurant, Mario. 「We had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights. Antonio recommended us some great food and drink places which were excellent! The room was very spacious and we had a very comfortable memory foam bed. Also were very greatful for working air conditioning! Also the bathroom was beautiful and had an incredible shower! 「This place is in the best spot on the water. Rooms are like condos, not hotel rooms. Super comfortable beds and an awesome shower. Staff is really nice and helpful but the breakfast…the breakfast is the best out there. Try everything they offer. Lastly, do yourself a favor in Monopoli, just be. Stay 2 nights. The first day check out all the sights and the second, just chill. You’ll be a new person. 」

The location is definitely the strong point — right in the historic center, so you can walk everywhere without needing a car, which makes everything much easier. 「I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was.
