「I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. 「We loved our stay at this property!! The apartment was very spacious, it was clean and had everything we needed. We stayed there for 7 nights so we got a good judge of the location, it was very safe and quiet. The only addition which would be nice could be coffee machine, but we really could not have asked for much more. The TV was a smart TV so we could watch streaming, there was air con in every room. We got a bottle of wine on check in which was a lovely touch :)」
