"Truly a special place. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The property grounds were really pretty and the hotel was very comfortable. It's a little out of the way in terms of the central city but the resort feel was well worth the extra drive time. Highly recommend."

"The hotel lobby is large. Locations was good. Our room had trash in it when we arrived and the shampoo bottles were empty! No pool towels for guests! Plenty of sun beds to use! Went to beach club and restaurant on site they were both very good! Water spots available walking distance! Staff were courteous but not friendly! You could easily hear people talk in adjacent rooms so if you’re a light sleeper that could be an issue. I still think the hotel was nice and would stay again!"

"My only complaint would be related to bed availability and being assigned a two twin beds during a wedding anniversary trip with my spouse, despite messaging the hotel in advance. The hotel said it was a high occupancy day hence the lack of bed availability. However, I do want to commend the hotel for having courteous staff and for accommodating travelers in allowing luggage storage before the room was available and afterwards. The location of the hotel near old town was super practical and also 2 blocks from the ferry station to formentera. It was convenient. There was a laundromat within 6 blocks and a supermarket across the street."

"My stay of 2 nights was very nice and I had a great time. But as I asked at the reception if I could change the room to a room with a nicer view as the hotel was not fully booked and rooms were still available, it was not possible for free. I was quite shocked that such a request is met with 20-40 EURO per night answer. For me, this would have been a nice touch, as I wrote before, the hotel was far away from the fully booked status."

"This is a great hotel. Very comfortable and luxurious. Room was great, pool and beach areas were great. Breakfast was incredible. However, food and beverages were very expensive. We paid 18€ for a strawberry smoothie."
