「best place ever. the staff was very kind and helpful. the location did not have as much sun due to the cliffs so sunset and sun rise couldn’t be seen. the location did not have much around it. but it was the most perfect place to relax and unwind and heal from this cruel world. i lived it there. the sauna was amazing and had a beautiful view of the sea. it was great to go from sauna to sea with ease.」

「This resort and hotel are really only geared up for good weather, and it was mixed in the week we spent here. When the sun was shining it was lovely but there isn't much to do in Portinatx when it isn't (public transport is limited). It also might have been better to go earlier in the season (we were 6 - 13 Oct), as within the hotel it felt like some things were running out and not being replaced, and many restaurants were closed. Overall, a nice trip but the quality of the hotel didn't match...

「シャワールームが水漏れしていたので言ったが修理もまともにしてもらえず、部屋も交換してくれずタオルをもらいそれを床に引いて3泊過ごした。部屋の清掃も、ベッドは綺麗になっていたが、床は掃除機をかけたのか？と思うくらい髪の毛などがそのままの状態だった。」
