What an experience from start to finish… My stay at Hotel Al-Habtoor in Budapest was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say it exceeded every expectation. From the moment I arrived, the customer service was flawless. The reception staff were warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Throughout my stay, every request was handled promptly and with a smile, which truly made me feel valued as a guest. The staff across the entire hotel deserve special recognition. From housekeeping to concierge to restaurant staff, everyone was attentive, courteous, and highly professional. It’s clear that hospitality is taken very seriously here, and the team works together seamlessly to provide a five-star experience. The spa and wellness facilities were absolutely superb. The atmosphere was calm and luxurious, the facilities were spotless, and the treatments were deeply relaxing. It was the perfect place to unwind after exploring the city, and it added a real sense of indulgence to the stay. As for the food, it was outstanding. Every meal was beautifully presented and full of flavor, with high-quality ingredients and a great variety of options. Breakfast was especially impressive, offering both local and international selections to suit all tastes. Dining at the hotel felt like a culinary experience in itself. The room was nice, we had a balcony looking out to the city which was a nice bonus but did not get much use in winter. The hotel is well connected via metro to the city but is also walkable.

Room clean and comfy bed. Really quiet room with no hotel noise. Shower drain was slow and had to keep stopping the water to prevent flood, so not ideal. Breakfast was ok but no option for vegetarian suasages, margarine etc which is a shame as oat milk was available! Location worked well for us.
