「I really wanted to love this property because the location is beautiful, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing.
We stayed here from June 16–23 with a group of seven. During our stay, our section of the property experienced repeated power outages while other areas of the hotel still had electricity. We also went two nights without hot water.

「Air conditioning was fantastic. The staff was amazing. The property was older so it could definitely benefit from a makeover but….. the bed was super comfy the pillows were comfy. Our shower head was clogged and they replaced it immediately. The view and beach was 10/10. For the price point it was amazing. 」

「We only stayed one night before taking the ferry to Utila. I appreciated that they arranged my airport transfer to the hotel and from the hotel to the ferry. My room was near the water, but you had to walk down the sand to get to it due to construction work. This construction meant there was a lot of noise during our stay, which is why I didn't give it 5 stars. The room was quite large and clean. 「Everything was great, very clean, the staff were super friendly, and the ocean view and the pool eve thing was beautiful we enjoyed our vacation. However, I do feel the hotel needs more lighting in the area and some minor repairs to the property. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
