"Super clean modern bright cottage. This was lovely place to stay 4 of us really loved the cottage. We enjoyed sitting with a glass of wine watching the sun set. And enjoying meals together in the spacious kitchen. Great area to discover North Wales. Rhianon was very warm and helpful. Could not have been better, we will go back another time to explore more."

"Beautiful cottage, spectacular scenery (when the weather is clear) Our weather wasn't great (storm Katherine!!) so low cloud obscured the view in the mornings. Gorgeous location, we met the hosts and they are lovely. Lots of places to visit. I have mobility issues otherwise a walk up on the hills would have been wonderful. Very well equipped and we would definitely come back."

"This was one of the best holiday cottages we have ever stayed at. Spotlessly clean, modern with old world charm and comfortable. Beautiful views from the garden where we enjoyed our breakfast every morning. The hosts have thought of everything to make our stay the best it could be. Very well placed for touring around and within walking distance of a fab pub. Perfect for us all and our 2 dogs. If you are thinking of booking you absolutely won’t be disappointed 😊"

"Overall excellent. Comfortable and cosy. Fantastic views of Snowdon and LLanberis. Elderly and people of poor mobility might have difficulty in accessing steep stairs to bedroom. Access lane very narrow. Reversing needed if meeting oncoming traffic."

"We booked very last minute and Karen couldn’t have been more helpful! We needed a base near Snowdon and this is a 15 minute drive away. The site itself is just what you’d hope : a bar ( Friday night was bingo!), a lovely river, the grounds beautifully kept and a well stocked shop with all sorts from loo roll to jewellery!
