"Last minute stay in the area…hotel was clean & comfy"

"A quirky little hotel with friendly staff and a “care about the community” feel to it. The food and drinks were good and we spent a happy night there. The rooms albeit dark were clean and comfortable. The decor was different which added to the quirkiness of the hotel. I liked it! More recently I’ve stayed at a luxury hotel and to be honest I felt more welcomed at the Hotel Crocus. This tells me that price and fancy rooms are not always the best option. "

"Great overnight stay prior to getting the ferry, staff friendly and helpful. Nice outside pool and sun loungers in garden area, with small football/tennis nets. We didn’t eat here due to visiting Ouistreham and leaving too early in the morning. Clean and comfortable with a nice modern feel."
