I like the staff very friendley, very good room size and clean, I like they have mini splits for AC. What I did not like there is no AC in the lobby soda , machine did not work and that I had to smoke outside the property bc they said by law people are not permitted to smoke not even put side the room.

PROS: Habitación amplia y limpia, con calefacción/aire acondicionado y cable. CONTRAS: El pasillo de la recepción a las habitaciones olía mucho a drenaje, el tanque del sanitario no sellaba bien así que todo el tiempo se escuchaba que se estaba llenando (bastante molesto durante la noche) y no había agua caliente en la mañana para bañarse.

La señal del internet Wifi fue muy muy débil , prácticamente nula en nuestra habitación. El Colchón de la cama muy aguado.

Hotel viejo sin mantenimiento

Se ve que fue un hotel bueno hace años, ahora luce totalmente descuidado y sin mantenimiento, almohadas incomodas, cama que se hunde, la alberca en sábado muy sucia, en el lavabo al abrir las dos llaves salía el agua caliente, el agua de la regadera tenía muy baja presión, no ponen shampoo en la regadera, le urge mantenimiento, porque veo difícil que la gente vuelva si sigue así.

Servicio, muy bien y atentos. Al menos la habitación que me asignaron se veía un poco descuidada en su mantenimiento; puerta rota del closet, puerta del baño no cerraba bien. Se ve que la instalación ya requiere algún tipo de remodelación. En general, precio-beneficio; bien.

Hotel con Alberca y Jacuzzi

Reserve este hotel por la Alberca y el Jacuzzi, pero el Jacuzzi no tenia agua y la alberca tenia el agua verde de que no le dan mantenimiento, fuera de eso, todo estuvo bien
