「I didn’t like the location of the bathroom. It doesn’t provide privacy and also, when taking shower, some of the water ends up coming out from the under the door. The receptionist SOPHIA is very pleasant. She deserves compliments」

「It is downtown San Jose so Friday and Saturday nights were loud. They supplied ear plugs but be aware that there is a bar or club very close to hotel. Other than that it was a perfect stay. Staff was very helpful, friendly, room was clean and stocked with amenities.」

「Great location, great Staff, overall wonderful experience」

「The view from the room is excellent! We can walk to surf points. Breakfast is also nice.」

「This is our 3rd stay at the Ritz Zadun and we love it. Staff is amazing; rooms are villas and so spacious and location is terrific. We’ll be back.」

「At first I was a bit nervous as it was not a traditional hotel but the experience was exceptional. We wanted more of a family experience and we got just that. The place is really well kept. The staff was available at all times, though we really didn’t need anything. It was nice and quiet. There was construction near by but we didn’t event notice. We took Ubers everywhere. It was supper cheap. Less than $5 a trip. We enjoyed Cabo San Lucas a few days and San Jose on others. Definitely recommend...
