"The room was very clean and comfortable. However, it would have been nice to have a refrigerator and also an air conditioner since it can get very warm and the ceiling fan alone does not cool the room down. The staff and owners are super friendly and very attentive. We left very early in the morning and the lady working in the kitchen (I believe her name was Gira) offered to prepare us some sandwiches, which super nice of her. One negative was that things do not dry since its super humid outside...

The grounds were filled with amazing plants and animals--howler monkeys, tucans, dart frogs, agouties--and while the ocean could be a bit rough, the tide pools were sandy bottomed and deep enough to swim in without being hit by waves. "This place was amazing.. the pictures Travelocity has doesnt do the place justice. The staff soooo friendly they go abvoe and beyond..not just one or two but all the staff. They have a turtle pond to see turtles and fish as well as frogs. Their cat oreo is so sweet and a fun addition for guests. We were able to see about 4 sloths on the property. The maintenence staff always kept an eye and then showed the guests where they were making the experience really nice. Not one problem w this place.. beautiful lovely, chill, fun things to see, great suggestions of what to do from staff.. we really loved this place and had a great experience. They furthermore provided a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival and a token for another drink when we were ready. "
