The hotel is good, but the room I got was really noisy, don't know if it was an animal or just a tree branch hitting the roof at night but we couldn't sleep. Besides that, the hotel is nice, room is huge, pool is refreshing and breakfast is great!

My family and I stayed one night on the way to San Jose. Check in was fine as well as wifi. AC was loud. It sounded like a washing machine but the room was still hot. Not sure about other rooms but we stayed in room #7. Breakfast was decent. Overall, the property is pretty with a lot trees.

Very simple set up ,over rated compare any other place we stayed in Costa Rica. Listed as a superior breakfast . Rice eggs sour cream one toast sour cream coffee Nothing else , That is less then basic No juice ,no fruits nothing .

The staff and amenities were very good. It is not a lush place, but a good value for your dollar. We were comfortable and enjoyed the pool, free breakfast, and kitchen utensils at our disposal. Would definitely stay here again.

Property is very nice away from the main road which makes it pretty quiet. Breakfast was decent. Staff friendly. While we stayed there they had an issue with the Wi-fi not working, the hotel had people working on it but by the time we left there was still no internet connection.

Good location to explore the region

Good location to explore the region, but the place is more appropriate for local (Costa Rica) families as there is a pool used by children and adults from afternoon till late evening. Also they don’t give you any information about the places to visit in the region…. most of my questions got: “I don’t know” as answers and they were all simple like where to park and etc.

This one is a very good place in this area. I definitely recommend it. Here are a few reason: Its very quiet at night Its very clean The beds are comfortable. AC does the job great but the ceiling height is high. This makes the rooms very very fresh without requiring the AC unit on all the time. Parking is a piece of cake, safe, private and organized. There a couple of convenience stores right in the main road entrace so you can get anything you need before heading off the Hotel. Oh and the costarrican breakfast is big and delicious.

The room we were in was newly constructed, and there were a couple of small issues. That’s the only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars all around. The owner himself looked into them and vowed to correct them.

We had no water from the time we checked in until we left the next morning. Furthermore, we were not able to get a refund from the hotel or Expedia. We were not given any indication when the water supply might be fixed other than 'they are working on it'. We had no drinking water. It was horrible.

Todo estuvo bien..! Solo tuve un par de inconvenientes en el baño la varilla de la cortina de baño se cayó fácilmente y la lampara del baño también se cayó de la pared repentinamente un segundo después que salí del baño, por poco me paro encima de un los vidrios que salieron disparados por todo el baño, casi me corto y no encontré a nadie que nos ayudara a las 9pm , al día siguiente se solucionó, pero si fu un pequeño susto..

El personal cordial y atento, habitación acorde al precio y piscina infantil bajo techo que aunque pequeña es genial para los chicos. Buen desayuno y cerca de supermercado completo y farmacia.
