"This is a very charming, new-looking bed and breakfast just a few minutes' drive outside Izamal. Our cabin was very nice, clean, and quiet with good AC. Good communication with the owner, who is also very good with English. Breakfast is flexible, with good menu options available ordered the night before for a specific time. "Un lugar acogedor, con propietarios muy amables, el clima si tardo en sentirse pero creo que por qué hacía mucho calor, lo único que sería como señalamiento que los baños que son compartidos deberían poner un pasador con seguro dentro del cuarto, ya que teníamos un baño compartido aparte del de nuestro, y la puerta no teníamos como asegurarla nosotros, los del otro cuarto podrían acceder por el baño (no lo hicieron) solo como observación. Pero por el costo está excelente y el trato maravilloso 😊"
"The experience with staff and facilities was very good overall. The front desk and restaurant employees were excellent. The resort is very quiet and one might feel as if you have the place almost to yourself. There was a couple of downsides, that one might expect. You are in the jungle and there may very well be bugs (read spiders). They assured us that none are harmful. The bathrooms somehow are aging worse than the rest of the rooms. They should not have painted the showers etc as this has led to mold, at least in our case.
All that said, for the price, the hotel is excellent, in general. We thank the staff for their kind attention during our stay."
