MacToimin Cottage Private Hot Tub Cabot Trail, Pleasant Bay,N.S.
8/10 Good
"Very clean cottage with all the amenities you would need. We had a great supper at the rusty anchor, which is only a short drive away. Neighbours and dog barking across the street were loud at times when outside using the hot tub, but relaxing in the hot tub was still amazing. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay the night while we explored the Cabot trail. "
"A rustic hotel that is in a perfect location for visiting the area. We booked here because of the location. The check it was good and the people were friendly. They got us in quick, and gave us the information we needed about the area. For us the room and bathroom were clean. The beds were comfortable, nothing sticking out or hard. The showers worked with no issues and gave us plenty of hot water. The restaurant was nice, the staff were very pleasant and the food was good. The only complaint I would have is there is no fridge or microwave in the room. We would definitely stay here again."
Cape Breton Cottage, Off the Beaten Path... Spectacular Ocean and Mt. Views!
10/10 Excellent
"This was a superb location. The views are spectacular. It is isolated, which is what we were looking for. It was nothing it locked. I would highly recommend this location to anyone who does not mind some isolation."
"It was very quiet. We were told there would be a micro-wave, that the heater would take 30 minutes to warm the pod and that would be "toasty warm". The heater was a cute decoration, nothing more. There was poor oceanview. It was an experience we will NOT repeat!"
Blissful Beachfront Bungalow. Beach- Hot tub & Sauna-All Weather Dome-Private
10/10 Excellent
"What a beautiful spot! One night was made more blissful with wild winds and rain! We truly enjoyed our stay. The hot tub and sauna were wonderful. My favourite was the easy access to the beautiful sandy beach where we enjoyed a lovely, long walk. "
