「I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working. 「Our TV wasn’t working, we told the front desk and they told maintenance. We left for over 6 hours, came back and the TV was still not working. We had to move rooms at 9:30pm. Just an inconvenience. The road coming into the property was full of big pot holes! The hotel is very nice and clean. I liked the location.」

「From the moment we walked in & throughout our stay the place smelled & gave off a dirty vibe. The floors in our room were dirty, the bathroom fixtures were broken, black mold in the shower, the chair was so dirty that we didn’t dare sit or put anything on it. We asked for extra towels on multiple occasions & we either didn’t get them or got them hours later. The front desk was left unattended despite there being a sign to staff that “this is the last notice” to staff to not leave the front desk...

「The place was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The beds and the pillows aren't very comfortable. Room was clean and well maintained. The free continental breakfast was ok at best but again it was free so can't complain too much about it.」
