Flamingo Estates 18 is a two-level home and is perfect for couples, families, and friends. The main level of the home features a bedroom and full bathroom with a king bed, office, laundry room, kitchen, and living and dining area. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as access to a private covered terrace. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge. There is reliable high-speed WiFi at the house as well as cable TV and Washer and dryer. The gourmet kitchen features a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, wood cabinetry, and granite countertops. The main living area has a dining area as well as plenty of seating and a 50" LED Smart TV, and A/C. The living area has access to the garden and private palapa area and pool. One of the world’s most famous surfing beaches Playa Grande is only 45 minutes by car and the bustling surf town of Tamarindo is close enough to offer you more fun shopping, surf classes, and a bountiful selection of restaurants and nightspots.
