Charming 1 bedroom/1 bathroom, perfect for a couple's beach getaway! The bedroom has a queen size bed with an in-suite bathroom. There is a living room with a convertible full sofa bed, smart TV, small dining area with an amazing view and a balcony to enjoy the breeze.

This property was listed perfectly. It's a close walk to the beach, right through a gate out the back of the property, and you're on the beach. My wife and I enjoyed this apartment. We were able to sit on the balcony and drink our coffee in the morning, watching the sun come up over the water, and in the evening we could watch the sunset. It was a beautiful view. I highly recommend this property. It's a perfect size. The price is perfect. It's even a great place for a family of four. There are plenty of places to eat around, and if you want to check out another beach, there are plenty of those close by.

Beautiful studio very clean, with great views from balcony. Common area was spacious with plenty of seating and friendly welcoming neighbors. Also has bathrooms which is really convenient so you don't have to take stairs or elevator back to room lol

Cute little apartment right on the beach

Right on the beach perfect for my wife and I. five days in a good area near many restaurants and local beaches. Beach chairs and cooler were very convenient very comfortable bed and pillows. Felt very safe in gated property.

Beach getaway

We had a lovely stay at this property. The apt was great for my husband and me. A calm and relaxing space to come back to after a day of adventuring. Our favorite thing was that the beach was right there and the water was so calm. We also appreciated that the parking lot was gated and the building was key access only.

Cute perfect studio at the beach

The condo is well planned and decorated, clean in a great neighborhood by a beautiful beach. I felt secure. The neighbors were friendly and very helpful.The condo is well equiped. I used the laundry and there was enough hangets. It was easy to check in and out. I loved my stay so much that I hope I can return soon.

Not having hot water was the biggest drawback to our stay. The host tried to get someone out when we were away exploring for the day but didn’t have extra keys so it didn’t happen. The place itself is cute. A little smaller than I thought, but well furnished and decorated. The walls need some maintenance as they’re cracking a dirty at the bottom. It was nice to have the beach right in front and the fact that they provide seating and umbrellas.

Overall location was great, apt very clean & comfortable 👌 all our expectations were met.

We enjoy the location, cleanliness, access to the beach frm the property as well as the local restaurants and other surrounding beaches in the area. The neighbors were very friendly & informative on the best places to excess. We enjoyed our stay. It accommodated our needs.

Didn't want to leave!

The apartment is exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed and it was very comfortable and homey, with a modern organic aesthetic. The beach is literal steps away from the elevator. We intended to check out Buye during the week we stayed here, but honestly the beach in front of the apartment is so calm, laidback, and private that we couldn't convince ourselves it was worth the extra effort. There are about 5 condos on this strip of beach and there is public access (as with all beaches in PR) but even on the weekends it doesn't get packed. The fact that they provide beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler was the cherry on top. Also appreciated that there were a few toys my 3yo could use like dinosaurs and duplo blocks, since we packed pretty light. All the neighbors we met treated us like family and were very welcoming! Location is convenient, everything you need is within 10-15 mins max. There are a number of restaurants nearby. Can't wait to go back and hopefully stay even longer next time.
