"Room are fairly sized, very clean, well maintained, and comfortable! The vanity amenities are quite nice! The girl at the front desk was amazing! Very friendly, sweet, talkative attentative, and her english was perfect!! She was a pleasure to chat with. The girls at the bellman counter were great as well, they were very busy but very efficient and very courteous!"

"We had a great stay in Hiroshima. VIAINN is only 5 minutes from Hiroshima station. The rooms are clean & the staff very courteous & helpful. Hiroshima is a major station so all the shop’s & restaurants are there for travellers convenience."
