「Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere every time I visit Rest. The wine hour and breakfast are great. We always eat at Taste which is excellent. The immediate area is historic and closed down. It’s a great place to stay after a day of wine tasting and exploring the historical towns nearby. 」

I have no complaints except for the fact it was very expensive, way to expensive for Placerville CA to just get a few hours sleep. That has nothing to do with the service or the room but come on Placerville???????????」
「My husband and I try to come up to Sutter Creek three or four times a year and we will always check Hotel Sutter for a room before looking anywhere else. We love the old building, the friendly staff, the restaurant and the bar. Strolling the main street and visiting all the local shops.」
