"Our kids had a blast. The staff are so friendly. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We got to check in early at 12 and our room was ready. The next day we checked out at 11 but got to stay the whole day at the waterpark. Will definitely be back in summer for the outdoor pools etc. "

Round vent thing in bathroom fell out in the middle of the night and hit the floor. Elevator was bad at times only 1/3 worked. Dirty dishes were left on the table by the elevator for days. "
