"It all started with when we arrived and the hotel staff said we had no reservation. We showed them the printout of our reservation and the would not honor. "We had a trouble at check in which was resolved quickly by the helpful staff. The room was clean and had a hairdryer in the bathroom. We loved the rooftop pool. Plenty of breakfast options and a beautiful beach. The location is perfect and we felt very safe there."
