All staff members were so friendly and great!!! I really enjoyed my stay there!! The room was also nice and reasonable. Breakfast on roof top was amazing, you can enjoy beautiful scenery of Stonetown there. If you would like to go out for shopping, this hotel is suitable because it is located almost the center of Stonetown and you can access most of all attractive restaurants, shops and beach by walk. Since the hotel is located at the fron of a small street, it is difficult to come in by car so you have to bring your luggage by yourself or ask a driver to carry. I strongly recommend you to stay this hotel anyway!!

Beautiful property with excellent food and coffee. The staff was very kind and helpful. The rooftop breakfast was a nice respite from the busy town. I felt very secure staying there with security on all night. They were helpful with recommendations for sightseeing and other restaurants. I was able to leave my bags locked up for a late checkout. Transfers to and from the airport were quick and seemless. Very nice place to start your stay on Zanzibar.

A hotel of beautiful traditional architecture with stunning decor throughout. Its location in Stone Town made it convenient to the main tourist sites and the boat to Prison Island . Despite the heat a well functioning air conditioner made the beautiful room very comfortable. Lovely breakfasts and delicious cakes and of course coffee for afternoon tea.

This was a neat place to stay in the heart of the old part of Stone Town. Quaint, but with modern amenities like AC. I had a private bathroom down the hall which was clean and not far. Older building with stairs but I enjoyed my stay and felt it was worth it for sure.

A beautiful hotel, with lovely friendly happy staff, who always gave a huge morning welcome at breakfast time. Delicious healthy breakfast and the best coffee, I've tasted in a long time, I had to go back for another. I felt very safe and it's in a great location to get to/from the ferry and to walk around to the shops and restaurants.
