The staff and communication prior and during the trip was excellent. Location was great, a Co-Op near by and a 10 min walk from Print Works, AO Arena - not far from everywhere really. Room was clean and tidy, spacious and equipped suitably. The boiler was rather noisy, and there was a slight food smell on the linens. Lovely welcome pack on arrival e.g. coffee, sugar, tea, hot chocolate and cookies, but no milk. Thankfully Co-Op over the road so not too much of a problem. The place was quiet which suited us. We would use Cable Street Apartments again, great value for money (stayed on a Wednesday night).

"The hotel was ok as such, considering the cost of other hotels in the area. I suspect we were charged more for booking via hotels.com, by about £20 for the night, which is not good nor fair. We were asked to fill out an online registration form whilst queueing to check in, which we were then told ..."
