"Service was above and beyond, the owner gave us all of the details and important pieces of information at the beginning. Our room was super clean and welcoming. The Food, & Onsen were spectacular. Especially after a long day of walking and exploring. Would come again!"

"Like many onsen resorts, this is intended for you to stay within the facilities. Many of the neighboring restaurants either don’t take children, or are so small that it’s difficult to accommodate them. With that in mind, the biggest issue is the on-site restaurant. It was serving pre-reserved tables only (no walk-ins) but because we booked on Expedia we had no idea that not booking a meal in advance would limit us. The staff made no indication of how to make a reservation for future days nor did the front desk mention anything at check-in. If there were ample dining options around this would be a non-issue. What makes up for this poor restaurant experience is the amazing in-suite / indoor private bath. Very convenient and wonderful experience!"
