「The staff was wildly accommodating and kind. We arrived after 1pm and young lady behind the desk welcomed us with a smile, warm cookies and a bag of waters (to beat the heat). Since we were arriving so late, it was challenging to book the room for the correct check in time. She helped us and even allowed for a super late check out. Couldn’t be more pleased.」

Third of all we were unaware they were doing construction at the time. No warning or heads up was given at all. We got woken up very early with banging and drills happening right on top of our room. 「1) When we checked in we found an empty wine bottle in the clothes closet. 2) We had a 3 night stay. Our beds were not made after the first night. We requested that they be made every day . The beds were made the 2nd day & on the the 3rd day 1 bed was made the other was left unmade. 3) The toilet seat was very rickety. 「The bathroom was very rundown. There were mildew stains on the old tile, black mold on the wallpaper and someone else’s hair accessories on the side of the bathtub. I reported this to the employee at the front desk who responded that she would “let them know”.」
