"Upon arrival I was greeted by the wonderful host who welcomed me into their establishment and ensured that I was comfortable and relaxed after my long journey. The room was exceptionally clean, tidy and very well appointed with an AMAZINGLY comfortable bed, generous storage, 100% blackout blinds and TV. "Check-in process was difficult as reception closes at 6;30 pm. We were unaware of this and the instructions for accessing the property after that hour were not clearly indicated. We were able to reach the person in charge of reception by telephone and Vincent resolved the situation quickly. He also discussed ways of improving communication with us the following day. The rooms are basic but clean. The single rooms are very small; the double rooms much more spacious, There is no air...

"The hotel is easy to access from the motorway, has plenty of parking, and is very friendly. The staff called me to check our arrival time, and they were very helpful. We didn't arrive in time for dinner, but we did get to enjoy the delicious breakfast. The room was super clean and nice, with some eco friendly touches. I would definitely stay here again en route."

"I messsged to say I would arrive in the early hours of the morning (twice) and did not hear anything back. When I arrived the 24/7 check in machine was turned off and I had to sleep in the car. I expect a full refund"
