Warm and Cozy

Lovely, clean home with a wood burning stove and a logpile to keep you warm in the winter months. It has a large kitchen with everything you need, the beds are comfy and the gardens and bushland are lovely Great location, close to Petra Olive Oil/Farm shop and the Yallingup Wood Fired Sourdough Bakery. Recommended, would love to stay again.

Beautiful, quiet & relaxing.

Great accommodation and close to just about everything. Plenty of room and large enough to a find a quiet spot if want one. Kitchen has all you need to cook large meals and the lounge room is very comfy with the fireplace roaring on a cold winter’s night.

Easter Family Getaway

The location was very good. The cleanliness of the property was sub optimal. For the price I expected the property to be clean. Had to wipe down tables and benches due to amount of dust and dirt on them. The write up in the advertisement exceeds the quality of the property a little generous in it's description. Would I stay again not for the price.

The house needs a good deep clean and tidy up. There is also otter dwellings on the property that are very close so certainly don’t feel like it’s private. Mattresses need changing also.

Our stay was disappointing due to the reasons below without our concerns being addressed by the owner. - Severe black mould in the bathrooms - Oven and microwave were left soiled with food scraps in - Cockroach/rat droppings on window sills - AC was left on without a way to turn it off (the remote was faulty and new batteries didn't fix it) - Thick build-up of dust and grime everywhere - No dishwashing liquid or washing machine powder - Lockbox broken - Missing towels

Perfect getaway for family and pets

Lovely quiet bush property close to wineries and other attractions. Very spacious and comfortable inside. Not mentioned but includes a secure dog run in the yard. Highly recommended.

Great location

Property is in a great location with easy access to all local attractions.. Our family from the UK loved seeing all the wildlife and kangaroos each day in the garden. Not quite as isolated as I was expecting, caretake lives on-site and only told of this the day before arrival. Feel this should be mentioned at time of booking. A well equipped house, a coffee machine would be a welcome addition! Also could do with a tumble dryer for the autumn time when it’s not sunny enough to dry everything outside and not cool enough to light the fire to help. With children there’s always washing! Kids loved exploring the grounds and was a great place for the Easter hunt!

Everything you need for an idyllic getaway!

Nice quiet retreat

We had a great stay. The property suited our needs perfectly with 6 adults, one baby and a dog. The kitchen is really well equipped and we were really pleased to find a high chair for our baby. Thanks!

Quiet and peaceful

Fully equipped with everything that you could want for a family holiday. Set in a quiet cul de sac in the bush with great bird life, but still close to the main attractions.

Terrible - would not recommend

Property was not cleaned when we arrived. Property was unlocked, dirty linen on couch , floors were covered in dirt, dirty dishes in dishwasher and in sink. Leaves everywhere in the backyard. Rang the owner she apologised - waited an hour for the cleaner to come she arrived made the beds had a panic attack and then had to leave ! She did not even vacume. Their were other people staying in the shed on the property which I should’ve been made aware of prior to booking. Not all doors locked on the property they rang a locksmith. No chux, bin bags, dishwasher tablets. It was absolutely disgusting how much money we paid and what we got. I would like a refund because this ruined my holiday with my friends !! Or at the very least a half my money back !!

Perfect family accomodation

The property is very spacious but still homely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had anything you could possibly need. The grounds are beautiful and the dogs had a ball!

Beautiful location

We had a wonderful stay in this well equipped property, it was so peaceful! When we got there it was nice and warm with the combustion fire already going. We can’t wait to go back!

Relaxing time

Peaceful surroundings - plenty of room - comfortable beds - wifi -it had everything we needed - but glad we brought our own coffee machine! That could be a welcome addition to this Retreat.
