Upstairs, you’ll find the heart of the home – a light-filled open plan living, dining, and kitchen area that opens onto a generous deck with filtered views to the bay through the treetops. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, entertain guests, or simply enjoy a morning coffee as you watch the breeze move through the trees. The comfortable lounge area provides the perfect space to gather after a day exploring the coast, with reverse cycle air conditioning keeping things comfortable year-round.

The upstairs master bedroom is a private sanctuary featuring a king-sized bed, reverse cycle air-conditioning, and a beautifully renovated ensuite complete with a large soaking bath, separate shower, and toilet – all designed to take in the tranquil views through the trees to the ocean beyond. Two additional upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill-style bathroom with a shower and toilet. One has a queen bed and stunning treetop ocean views, while the other offers two single beds and looks out over the leafy backyard.

Downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms – one with a queen bed, the other with two singles – which also share a Jack and Jill bathroom. There’s a fourth bathroom on this level as well, with a shower-over-bath and separate toilet, plus a fully equipped laundry with washer and dryer for added convenience. A spacious games room with a ping pong table leads directly out to the backyard, where a firepit invites you to gather around on cooler nights under the stars.

Out the front, shady trees and a lawned area provide a great space for the kids to play, while the driveway has ample parking for both cars and boats. This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
