Great customer service , only thing that was disappointing was the walls were very thin, every time people next door had a shower or used water it was so loud waking you up at different times.

Place looked tired and rundown. Bathroom tiles had a lot of grime in the grout. I stayed in 109 which had a connecting room and the noise from the neighbouring room were very loud in the night( very thin walls) Doubtful that I would stay again or recommend to people I know.

Great Location but Short on Usability

We have stayed in a number of different Citadines hotels both in Australia and in Europe. We chose this hotel because of its location to public transport and its centrality. We had a couple of maintenance issues with a drain not working properly and a large light flickering. Our main problem would be the small size of the kitchen. Usually kitchens in Citadines apartment hotels are really good. It was a bit pokey and hard to use. There was no cooktop. The overall design layout of the room just felt a little uneasy, though the furnishings were quite modern and comfortable. The bathroom was really good. The TV had no internet connection for watching streaming services. The staff were excellent, friendly, always greeted us and were quick to respond to our needs.
