「ベランダからのビクトリア湖の眺望がとても良い。 但し、部屋による。従業員はフレンドリーで良い。 事前に空港でのピックアップをメールで依頼するが音沙汰なし。 結局、ホテルの無料送迎サービスが受けられず個人で手配した。」

「We had a late check-in and we were well cared for even got food as kids were starving from a long flight transfer. 」

「Amazing place with beautiful landscape and views of lake Victoria! It was above and beyond my expectations. Our room was very big, equipped with everything we needed and had a beautiful lake view. The hotel staff was amazing too, especially Phiona and also Stuart and Wilson! Definitely a great place for nature lovers. 」

「Our group loved our stay. The rooms were spacious and had king size beds. The staff at the hotel is friendly and accommodating. The view of the lake was a huge plus. The owner was nice enough to provide a swing on our porch so we could enjoy the views. The food was my favorite part. They provide free breakfast menu which was delicious! We loved it so much we booked our last night after safari there. Highly recommend this stay. 」

「Bed was comfortable. Dinner and breakfast was delicious. The hotel is basic but very clean. No AC; no fan but when we asked for a fan they accommodated our request. Nice flower garden setting outside for breakfast. 」

「Avoid!! Hotel in great location and should have been nice BUT.... I don't normally write reviews but this place was a nightmare from the start. On my arrival at 10.30pm from the airport, reception showed me to a tiny dark room with no view rather than the double dulux with lake view I'd booked. They told me Expedia had not paid them enough, my booked room wasn't available and this is all I could have - what a scam! The place was empty and the excuse was an obvious lie. Refused to accept the room...
