「When you rent a tiny one-room house in a field you don't expect perfect conditions, but you expect a place where you can sleep, and a host who responds to big problems. Unfortunately you can't count on that with this host, even though we found a bed that had partially collapsed through the floorboards. We were willing to overlook: that the dishes were so dusty we had to wash them before using, that the shower was just a strong trickle, that there were moldy spots on the walls near the ceiling...

「Would not stay here again. We were granted an early check in only to have no water. We were hoping to freshen up before the concert we attended. Literally left the house without being able to rinse my hands after I soaped them up. I don’t feel like the properties are very well maintained. They finally moved us to another property in the evening after they couldn’t find a fix for the water situation. I didn’t like the communication of emails. I requested texting so I wouldn’t have to open...

「The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!」
