「Charming town, easy access to train to Edinburgh. The studio is nicely designed and decorated. Unfortunately, access to the unit was very poor - the code sent to us was incorrect, and the host was unresponsive. We finally gained access after talking with a VRBO supervisor who was able to pull up the correct code that the previous guest used. Unfortunately, the code changed again the second night, and we were only able to gain access by using a different combination of the original 4-digit code....

「It was amazing and nice stay .」

「Excellent. Great view. A bit of an uphill hike to the train but otherwise great location.」

「Lovely apartment with an outstanding view across the water, lovely and clean and comfortable. Was like home from home,」

「Lovely apartment in a very nice area. Julie was a pleasure to deal with from the start & made the whole process easy, from responding to any queries immediately to suggesting restaurants, bars etc in the vicinity. We’ll look to stay again any time we’re in the area & would recommend the property to all.」

「The main thing I think let the overall look of the place down was the dirty doors and walls they need a scrub everything else was very clean so this just felt out of place same with the fireplace. My main reason for the 3 star however is I just didn’t find the bed very comfortable the mattress was hard and we didn’t sleep very well. There is a lot of outside noise but we did get provided disposable ear plugs but it would be something to take into consideration if you visited with children」
