"The check in was ok but customer service was not great at all the room was not great there was fleas in the room the pool had rusty nails everywhere insulation coming out of the holes that were in the ceiling of the pool and mold it looked like they stopped in the middle of fixing it up and just left everything and when we asked them to clean it up they were not nice about and just said they were shutting it down so our boys were not able to swim for the rest of our time there definitely not staying there again and we will not be giving a good review and letting friends and family know not to stay there"

"The first stay was so nice we decided to stay another night with this hotel when choosing to stay another day property searching in the area. The staff are kind and helpful and the rooms are so clean, fresh smelling and very comfortable! The breakfast is homemade and served by an attendant in the morning."

"I expected more. I'm sure if you are a golfer, this is a great vacation but we were looking for pool and lake fun. We did enjoy ourselves but the pools are basic hotel pools, nothing fancy. Everything was expensive which made me not be able to relax as I intended. I figured there would be some free activities but we even had to pay to play on the old pickle ball courts no one was using. There was construction going on so we couldn't even hear the score as we yelled across the net. While the staff was nice, we had a few instances of frustration like food delivered to us without silverware, napkins, ketchup and by the time we tracked someone down for these items, the food was cold. Just not what I expect from a luxury resort."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our extended family rents from Log Country Cove every year. Haynes Hideaway is the hangout house with a great kitchen, pool and layout. We are already excited to come back next year!"
