"The lady that was during breakfast was a bit rude. She seemed like the ppl getting breakfast were a bother to her. She said excuse me to check the eggs. So I stepped aside and instead of going around me she bumped my belly (I’m pregnant) I told her wow you could’nt go around me and she laughed and said have a nice day. She needs to work on her hospitality if she’s going to continue working for a hotel. "

"Room was nice to sleep in the only thing I didn’t really like was the sliding door to the bathroom. Breakfast was good, I like the variety of choices. The parking lot had enough spaces. "

"There was a mistake when we checked in and we were given the wrong room. The next morning, the hotel staff moved us out of the room, while we were gone. To make up for the error, we were given a credit and a suite for the remainder of our stay."

"I like the day I checked out, wish I would have just gone straight to Hyatt instead. Very disappointed with this outdated hotel. I made a big mistake and I won’t make that mistake again. I don’t get it, the area all around this hotel is very modern and yet I felt like I was staying in a +30 year old hotel. I would never stay there again, sorry to the staff who are working hard but the property is seriously outdated and needs a lot of investment to bring it to the level that other hotels maintain in the area."
