Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. 「The personal attention and detail to the customer experience was superb. The staff was very friendly and caring, kind and easily approachable. The rooms were clean, functional and spacious. 「The Villa Bavaria is one of the best hotels in which I have ever stayed. The rooms were excellent and the service was incredible. We had some car trouble while staying there - the staff helped us resolve the problem. Special thanks to Mr. Roland who went above and beyond! Food was also excellent.」

「Sehr freundliches, aufmerksames und zuvorkommendes Personal. Ausgezeichnete Küche. Die Zimmer sind sauber und werden täglich durch zwei Mitarbeiter gleichzeitig gereinigt und die Betten liebevoll wieder hergerichtet, was sehr schnell geht. Sehr schöne Gartenanlage mit Pool und Naturpool sowie verschiedenen Liegebereichen. Es lohnt sich, Massagen schon vor der Anreise zu buchen, da gut ausgebucht. Vom Hotel werden Wander- und Biketouren angeboten. 」
