良くも悪くも何もない部屋でした。本当にただ寝泊まりするだけなら問題ないと思います。ただページにあったようなお洒落な雰囲気を想像していくと肩透かしをくらうと思います。せめてベッドで腰掛けた時に丁度いいぐらいの小さいテーブルは欲しかったです。洗濯機があると表記されており、初めから使うつもりは無かったとはいえいざ部屋に入ると故障中だったので説明は必要だと感じました。また普段使用されていないからかシンクの排水口から臭いがしたり、トイレを使用した後に下水の臭いが部屋の位置によっては漂ってきたりしたので何か部屋に香りをつけられる物を持参すると良いかもしれません。それ以外はトイレもシャワー室もぱっと見は綺麗でしたが吸気口にホコリが溜まっていたのでそこも綺麗にしていただけると良いかと。駅から近いですし、近隣にコンビニや弁当屋、飲食店もあるのでちょっとした事には事欠かないと思います。また入室方法などの説明がExpedia上で送られてきますが、肝心のアドレスが規制で意味を成していなかったりした為、何か別の方法をされた方が良いかと。何となく規制された部分は予想出来たので自分は何とかなりましたが。冒頭にも書きましたが旅行で荷物を置いたり寝泊まりするだけなら事欠かないとは思いますが、細々とした不満点があり、ページで掲載されてるような雰囲気は期待しない方がいいと思います。

チェックイン時に窓開放より閉めてあった方が良いかと。あとガイドの案内来ましたが繋がらず、でも入れるのは、よく判りませんでした。

A305号室一泊のみの利用。広さは2人までならちょうど良い。騒音は気にならなかった。エレベーターに1匹、部屋に1匹蚊がいたので夏は対策が必要。

2回目でしたが、チェックインガイド、パスコード？などのメールが届かず、緊急時の電話も繋がらず。その場に偶然いた職員さんのおかげで何とか泊まれました。アメニティも少なく、前回より残念な印象でした。

イイ感じ♪ベッド以外は😢

必要かつ充分な滞在環境を提供いただけています。ただただイイ感じ♪ ひとつだけ、ベッドの底板が弱く、横になったり起きあがるだけでも破損してしまうことをおそれながらの使用だったのが残念です。

便利な場所

駅チカでとても便利。西武線で新宿スグ、荻窪行のバスもじゃんじゃん来る。部屋も清潔で、お掃除ロボがいるのも大変うれしい。

駅近くでとても便利ですが、線路沿いということもあって騒音がかなり気になりました。お部屋はとてもキレイで良かったです。

初めて利用しました。内装などは綺麗です。ちゃんと確認してなかったのかも知れませんが、洗面所が無かったこと、電子レンジがなかったこと、写真ではテーブルが写っていましたがそれもなく…。椅子は4脚あったので代わり使いました。あとシャワー室のみで、それはいいのですがスペースが狭いです。(トイレはやたら広い。笑)男性には厳しいかも知れません。洗面所がない=鏡がないので、シャワー室設置の鏡を使うなど、ホテル慣れしてる方には不便さを感じるかも知れません。翌日の用事でどうしてもこの近辺で泊まらなければなかったので、交通便などはとても良くありがたかったです。
