"The staff were friendly, and the facilities were well-maintained and clean. The breakfast was delicious, too. The only issue was that the exhaust fan in the shower room didn't work, but I would still highly recommend this hotel! It is situated in a quiet residential area, offering a peaceful environment, yet it is conveniently located near a shopping mall and a store famous for its rose-themed products. Please note, however, that the new long-distance bus terminal relocated further away in 2024, so it is no longer within walking distance (a situation that applies to many hotels in the city)."

"部屋によって設備が大分違う(お湯、リネン等)緊急にWi-Fiを使うことになったも全く繋がらなく困った。これはスタッフがいくら尽くしてもホテル設備の問題なので仕方ないので改善して欲しい。スタッフはリクエストに応えてくれとても信頼できる。"

"The room was carefully cleaned and all the personel were so helpful and nice to us. It was a pleasant stay, over all. The shower-head and kitchen tools could be better. No air-conditioners installed, so it was so hot when the sunlight came into the room in the middle of summer. It is a convenient location, with many supermarkets and restaurants nearby, but a bit noisy streets around at night when you need to open the windows. "
