"Reception situation not great. It looks a little tatty and you have to phone the receptionist if they are not there at booking in time. Noisy at night when people come upstairs. Rooms and bathrooms are a good size. Breakfast area lovely but could have done with a selection of fruit and perhaps cooked-to-order eggs. Having a toaster was excellent. All in all great value."

The place was beautiful and so comfortable. And it was spotlessly clean. "We chose to stay in this hotel because we were going for a short ski trip and wanted to stay somewhere that had spa facilities, a restaurant and a bar to relax in the evenings. When we arrived they told us that none of the spa facilities were open as advertised, they only had the breakfast restaurant open so no evening meals were being offered and the bar was not open either.
