"I stay here at least once a month when I go to Los Angeles because it’s conveniently located right by LAX and the reason is because the rooms are always clean and the staff is friendly and the food is pretty decent downstairs and I like the gym facility because it’s well maintained so thank you for always being kind to me and I will see you in a couple of weeks and happy holidays, michael"

"The suite was great size, clean , nice views and comfortable. The pillows much too soft though. Drinks and food good. Amazing time at floor 34 revolving bar. The service throughout hotel was subpar. With the exception of valet dept, every single other employee we encountered in any area were surprisingly unfriendly and not helpful - front desk, bars, restaurant… it’s like everyone there hates their job or something. Definitely expected a better level of service from a hotel of this stature."

"Perfect area near Hollywood. Excellent breakfast. It costs $34 each, plus tax and tip; but, it’s was worth it to us. Good coffee, fresh squeezed juice, omelette station and more. Plus, the service was great."
