Superb clean spacious Hotel, Polite and efficient Staff. Great location.

The biggest issue with this place is the lack of natural light and proper air circulation. The photos are not accurate; don't fall for them. The room we stayed in (all of them are the same layout) has literally no natural light. You cannot adjust the temperature of the air conditioning. We had to leave it on for a few minutes and turn it off because the room got cold, and we could not have a good sleep at night because of this. The only way to adjust the temperature is to tell the staff downstairs. The staff working there is not professional. We had an issue with the room, and the way they treated us and talked to us was not good at all. We'd booked their standard double room, but the layout plan they hung on the door showed it as "Eco double room", which is the cheaper room. When we escalated this to them, they said they had changed the names because of the fire department. I'm still not convinced of that, and I believe they gave us the cheaper room. I also contacted Expedia in this regard, and I'm still waiting for their reply. Not happy with my experience in this place. not recommended.

We loved the drinks and food at Sheraton. The rooms are bit outdated. We had sea view Biomed originally and when we were upgraded we did lose our view. The lobby is very modern but the rooms need little bit of an update. Overall was not a bad experience but was the price point is liftle overpriced for what is being offered.
