"The Heritage Hotel was luxurious and very affordable The room was excellent, quiet, very clean and big with a great bed very comfortable The staff were the very best extremely friendly and helpful The breakfast buffet was fantastic Of all the hotels we stayed at in my many times in Manila the Heritage had them all beat hands down And it’s in a great location for getting around easily We only stayed a night before traveling to Hanoi VN for a week But my wife and I enjoyed it there so much we made reservations for another stay there when we return to Manila before we head home The Heritage Hotel is the place to stay in Manila for sure"

"The breakfast buffet is great! The pool is not ideal for swimming laps. So many children everywhere. The shower is lukewarm, not hot. The last shuttle from the airport is at 7 pm, so even though it was included, we couldn't use it because we got in just after that. "
