「Good value for money, clean hotel Good point: Staff are generally good Facility is kept clean Good design of furniture and furnishings The price is well thought out Bad points: partly under construction Smell of chemicals everywhere large number of ants Hot water did not come out of the shower (I asked for repair, but there was no response) Poor sound insulation (corridor noise) Keys are pre-modern (not electronic keys) not auto lock No plan with breakfast」

「建物の老朽感は仕方ありませんが、とても掃除が行き届いていました。 朝食も、価格の割にはとても良かったです。ただ、窓のカギが掛かりづらいのが不安でした。」

「色々と最悪でした。まずは最初の手続きが上手くホテル側に入って無くて30分待たされました。ホテルの設備も古く、毎日、前を通るスタッフを捕まえてルームメイキングをお願いしなくては、してくれない不親切さ。二度と泊まりたくないです。」

「Although surprising that we were the only guests checked in, the entire property was still fully prepared to receive us - we were warmly greeted at the entrance, check-in was quick and easy, and we were given a chance to choose which room to take. Sadly, we were only checked in for 1 night but we enjoyed the entire visit. Breakfast was promptly served at 9 AM (you can choose whether to have it in the dining area or balcony - we chose dining room) and was enough for 2 of us. Staff were present...

「外観は良いが周りの治安が悪そうで歩くところでは無い。ルームキーを 渡されなかったので空けて貰わなければならなかった。部屋での食事なので恋人同士なら良い。スタッフの対応は、悪くはないが、英語が出来た方が良いかも」

「テレビが小さいが音は良い。持っているオーディオが繋げられるのは、良い室も小さいがベッドはダブルなので食べるのはベッドの上」

「フィリピン人の妻の実家近くだったので、宿泊しました。 近くにはジョリービーやマクドナルドなどのファーストフード店も有り、食事面の衛生が気になる方には 良いと思います。 また、徒歩圏内に地元の市場が有り、安く食材を買えますが、キッチンが付いていないので 料理は出来ません。 (割と安全ですが、女性が一人で歩くには危険かも) 部屋は綺麗に清掃されていましたが、初日にシャワーのお湯が全く出ませんでした。 しかし、翌日の外出中に修理してくれていて、翌日からはぬるま湯ですが、シャワーが出ました。 コスト重視で、アジアの雑踏を味わいたい方には、おススメです。」

「Zen Tierra was very good destinations for my family. But we were not informed of inclusive meals and corkage ,from a family of restaurant owners , we brought all our food with us.」
