Parking is secure and convenient. Staff are very helpful. Air conditioning is excellent. Clean room. Breakfast is good.

When passing through Sandakan following our wildlife experience south, this hotel was the best. Enabled us to have a final night in Borneo before flying home in a lovely hotel. The pool and rooms were great and the staff were beyond helpful. From the front desk welcome to the hospitality at level 13, it was excellent. Well priced for a connecting room.

The airport transport was nearly one hour late... There instruction was to send me the license plate with no further comments. Another guy at the airport explained it to me and looked for my taxi. (the driver didn't get out of the car and helped me at all) At the hotel the gave me a rm which I couldn't log the door, due to the fact I was the only guest, I felt safe. In the evening the following day I recognized that somebody stole my money. The owner didn't care at all and wanted me to pay the dinner and transport. I told him that all my money were stolen and that breakfast and dinner is included. He didn't respond. The last night at this resort I felt very unsafe and unwelcomed.
