    The service was exceptional... staff went above and beyond to be helpful with taxis, reservations and directions. The free breakfast was fantastic with a lot of western and vietnamese options. There location was within walking distance to some fun areas for night life. They left me a fruit plate and birthday card on my birthday! The only complaints i have are that the shower was not consistently hot. And i was disappointed that my room did not have a window...this was not clear when i booked.
