"Wonderful. My room was very large complete with water, tea, air conditioning, and bathroom. I had a short but very nice stay. I would absolutely stay here again. The gentleman at the front was very kind and courteous and helped me with my luggage. Which I greatly appreciated. He also called me a taxi in the morning. "

"What a hidden gem!! From arrival we were welcomed by Julian and Victoria the children of the owners. We were greeted with champagne on arrival and treated like loyalty. The hotels gardens and pool are so beautiful you would pay to visit these alone. The garden even has tortoises and fruit growing which you will eat at breakfast. The rooms are gorgeous with all amenities you need including Netflix and prime. The hotel is so quiet and peaceful and perfect for anyone wanting to visit Lucca. We...

"Good value for one night and 10min walk to the centre. The parking is street parking which was fine the area felt quite safe. The room was spotless clean and the bed comfortable. The walls although are very thin so you can hear people in the next rooms and upstairs. Plumbing is very noisy. We were kept up and woken up quite early because of noise. Otherwise good stay!"

"Excellent location in the center of the old town. Minutes walk to all sights. Like most hotels in the old town, this one only has a few rooms, so one should expect more of a B&B experience instead of any fancy hotel facility. "This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! Staff we very helpful and welcoming!"
