Budget hotel chain on edge of Hamburg city centre.
Absolutely perfect considering the price we paid, and the underfloor heating couldn't be faulted! (Also unexpected!)
Great value for money considering location (10min walk to Steinstraße UBahn) and directly by the Number 3 bus which is every 10mins.
Definitely recommended for anyone travelling on a budget.

Spacious and clean room, cot was provided. Very friendly staff! Great play areas for kids.
Sadly the restaurant, Das Kulinarium, was closed and their own buffet could be improved on. Overall we had a really nice stay!

The check in experience was poor - they don’t bother to offer proper instructions for the front desk that is located away from the actual hotel.
