"You can tell the pool is aging, but it was clean. Our room was fresh. We had a minor issue with the toilet, so staff quickly moved us to a different room. The only bothersome thing, our room was beside a guest who would sit in a chair in his doorway and smoke. Everytime we would open our door, his smoke would billow into our room."

"Staff was amazing especially Asia they accommodated me due to a short service outage upon arrival, made sure when i was going and come to communicate and ask do i need anything am i okay , food was good as well 7.5 out of 10 ."

"This hotel had friendly and helpful staff. Everything was nice and clean. They had a nice breakfast buffet. I didn’t like that they only had two coffee machines that you had to press buttons, wait for it to grind the beans, and then drip into your cup. It took too long for each person and the coffee was weak. I love having thermoses full of coffee with a “bold” option for those who like bolder coffee. That would be a big “win!” The other thing is this particular area can get extremely congested with traffic. We were trying to get to Olive Garden Saturday night for dinner, which was 1.5 mikes away. It was going to take 20 minutes in traffic. Apparently, the Mall of Georgia is what drew all the traffic. Other than that, it was a great hotel."
