Dont book, looks nice but is over the hill. Room was readinable but way overpriced. Bathroom dirty with mold in shower and in corners. 2 star max, by no means 4 stars. When we asked for a partial refund because of molds and dirt in bathroom, no reaction came.... needs thorough renovation

We loved this small hotel, it is in a great location ideal for lots of nice restaurants and bars. The service was very personal and all of the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and a bit of an oasis in the bustle of Buenos Aires. We would highly recommend this hotel.

A stylish boutique hotel in a 19th century Buenos Aires house, a calm atmosphere in this busy city. Peaceful spotless bedroom. Our experience was incredibly positive from before we arrived for this stay (which is our second this year). The Krista staff booked us a table at Buenos Aires Verde vegetarian restaurant around the corner from the hotel-a welcome change from steak. Early breakfast the next morning in the beautiful breakfast room was delicious with great scrambled eggs. Most outstanding are the gentle and helpful staff who made a real effort to go ‘the extra mile’ during both of our stays at the Krista. We hope to be back one day.

The staff were extremely friendly abd helpful and the hotel is in a great location for bars and restaurants in trendy Palermo Hollywood. The rooms were comfortable but ours was on the small side and the shower pressure was not great. The reception area is nice but other facilities such as the hot tub could do with a bit of TLC.

It was an excellent service. They helped us with breakfast Atatatatatatat Five AM we only stayed overnight because we had a continuing flight. The bed was excellent and the room was really nice I don’t know what else to say except I recommend this hotel when you are leaving on the air park people party until night, so you can eat

I LOVE THIS PLACE

We love everything about this place. The staff is amazing, friendly and so helpful. The neighborhood is young and fashionable with great shopping, amazing food and fun nightlife.

Highly Recommended!

We spent 2 nights here before traveling to Bariloche and came back for our last night in Argentina. Highly recommended for a quiet, comfortable stay in a lively (but from our experience safe) area with a multitude of places to eat and drink. Full of old world charm and history. The staff we met: Alejandro and Carmen were charmingly helpful - going above and beyond with advice to make our stay memorable and highly enjoyable. Conveniently located close to 93 bus stop for Recoleta ( approx 25 mins) and San Telmo (approx 40 mins). Also a delicious breakfast including great coffee and smiles. PS - super bakery almost next door!

Chegamos na sexta e deixamos dinheiro na caixa forte e eu fiquei o tempo todo com a chave, quando fomos tirar para trocar na quarta, estava faltando 300 dólares e 200 reais. Quando reclamamos, disseram que era impossível e lavaram as mãos.

Perfecta ubicación

Um casarão antigo que abriga poucos e bons quartos. Café da manhã é simples, mas atende necessidades, com suco natural, iogurte, ovos mexidos sob demanda, pães, queijo e presunto, salada de frutas. Só senti falta de frutas inteiras mesmo, separadas. Mas tinha doce de leite para compensar...rsrsrs No quarto, sentimos falta de um frigobar e achei o travesseiro alto para meu padrão, mas as outras amigas não reclamaram. A localização em Palermo é perfeita, perto de bares, restaurantes e boas lojas.
