Basic hotel, but certainly nothing at all wrong with it. Room was spacious & very clean. Bathroom too. Bed was comfortable. A/C strong as I needed. WiFi was reliable, (oddly my Mac kept dropping the signal but not my PC laptop; not sure why - maybe some problem on my Mac, which is usually more reliable than my PC for WiFi). "Lobby" is merely a hallway from the front door to the tiny front desk & elevator, but who cares - no one comes to Buenos Aires to sit in a lobby anyway. Staff (front desk & cleaners) were always friendly & helpful. Front of hotel (including my room) faces a pedestrian street, so no traffic noise. Very central location, on a busy shopping street. Plenty of cafés, restaurants, etc. in walking distance, for breakfast and other meals. Great price. I would certainly stay here again.

Orbitz adverise this hotel as it is in puerto madero area and it is not ..this is so unsafe area. Also orbitz adevrtise this hotel has shuttle to airport for $1000 PESOS..but they ask aroubf 6500!!! There is no access to the hotel with car ! I had to ask the taxi to wait for me on Esmeralda street to upload the luggage one by one, i had to walk with my luggage to the hotel. THE WORST HOTEL

Um ótimo hotel no microcentro

Perfeito para brasileiros. O hotel fica no microcentro de Buenos Aires, com fácil acesso a todos os comércios, casas de câmbio, pontos turisticos e transporte público. Precisei trocar de quarto por conta do ar condicionado que estava vazando, e atenderam prontamente sem burocracia. O quarto em que me hospedei era climatizado, tinha geladeira, televisão, banheira e era limpo diariamente. A recepção fica aberta 24h e eles aceitam pagamentos no cartão e em dinheiro. Lembrando que pagamento em dinheiro tem taxa, então é preferível passar no débito. O hotel oferece alguns cupons de desconto para comer em restaurantes locais e os funcionários são dicas de passeio. Sou muito grato ao senhor mais velho que fica na recepção no período da manhã e é muito simpático.

Al momento de presentarme a la recepción el personal fue algo grosero, era mi primera vez en el extranjero estaba un poco perdida y no sabia como registrarme, nunca había estado en un hotel anteriormente solo en Airbnb's. Los entiendo un poco ya que el tema de atención a cliente es un poco difícil pero nada le costaba decir desde inicio que se requería. El resto de los días todo bien, el personal demás muy amable, hotel super bien ubicado a unas cuadras de obelisco.

Hotel simples e antigo em uma ótima localização para quem quer fazer turismo em Buenos Aires. Os quartos são muitos antigos e o banheiro é mais antigo ainda. Pelo custo x benefício vale a pena se seu objetivo seja apenas um local seguro para dormir em uma ótima localização.

Limpeza, conforto, atendimento ótimos para o preço

Conforto, limpeza justos pelo preço que apresenta. Localizaçao excelente por ser perto de muitos pontos turisticos e todas as linhas de metro, mas deve-se tomar cuidado com furtos nessa localizaçao (ruas proximas), roubaram o celular da minha filha na rua do hotel. apesar de saber que esse problema ocorre atualmente em varios bairros de Buenos Aires. Apesar disso o policiamento na localidade (com muitas cameras espalhadas pela cidade e policiais) é ostensivo e nao deixam ocorrerem roubos, mas os furtos ainda sao constantes, principalmente de smartphones.exceto por isso o hotel nos acolheu muito bem e sempre estava limpo e organizado. Sao prestativos. E o preço excelente

Ótimo custo/benefício

Estadia ótima, hotel simples mas muito bem localizado, a 2 quadras da Calle Florida, calçadão central de Buenos Aires. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. Ótimo atendimento por parte de todos os funcionários. Não possuem café da manhã, mas existem mil lugares próximos para comer uma empanada Argentina ou um alfajor tradicional como café da manhã.
